MENTORSHIPS
A first selection of the projects developed under the programme is made with the help of a preselection committee appointed by the partner institutions.
As well as participating in the preselection, the committee of film industry professionals has the task of accompanying and mentoring the projects during the residency.

In addition, each year the programme proposes specific mentorships and workshops with guest professionals to complete the development stage according to the needs of each project.
The programme has a network of contacts in the three institutions co-organising the initiative, with the San Sebastian Festival playing a particularly important role thanks to its drawing power, attracting top-notch international professionals to participate in the mentoring sessions and accompany the residents in their creative processes.
